๐จ How do I create a card?
Click "Create free eCard"
You'll find the button on the homepage and in the top navigation on every page.
Enter a card headline
This is the big title the recipient sees, so be specific: "Happy Birthday, Sarah!" or "Farewell, Tom โ We'll Miss You!"
Choose the card type
Group eCard lets multiple people add messages (the usual choice). Single Message is a personal card from just you.
Pick a theme
Choose from color themes or animated ones like Birthday and Hearts. The live preview below the tiles shows exactly how your card will look โ animations included.
Sign in or create a free account
Just an email and password โ no credit card, ever. The account is what lets you manage your card later: edit the title, share it, or delete it from your dashboard.
Done โ your card is live
You'll land on your new card with its own unique link. Share that link and people can start adding messages right away.
๐ฌ How do I post to a card?
Open the card link you were sent
It works on any device โ phone, tablet, or computer. Nothing to download and no account required.
Click "Add Your Message"
It's the white button at the top of the card.
Enter your name
This appears next to your message so the recipient knows who it's from. You can also add a profile picture if you like โ it's optional.
Write your message
Specific beats generic: a shared memory or a genuine thank-you means more than "Have a great day!" Stuck? The AI Message Helper in the form can suggest a starting point.
Add media if you want, then submit
Attach a GIF or photo with the "Add Media" option, then post. Your message appears on the card immediately.
๐ก Good to know: Made a typo? You can edit your own message for 7 days, as long as you're on the same browser and device you posted from.
๐ How do I deliver a card?
Open your card and click "Share Card"
A menu appears with two different links โ they do different things, so pick the right one.
Know your two links
"Invite Others" copies the signing link โ share this one with contributors while you're collecting messages. "Deliver to Recipient" copies the delivery link โ this shows the card in a clean reading view without the add-message and edit buttons.
Click "Deliver to Recipient" when the card is ready
The delivery link is copied to your clipboard. Wait until everyone has signed โ a quick read-through of the messages before delivery never hurts.
Send the delivery link with a personal note
Don't just paste a bare URL. Try: "The whole team put something together for you โ open it when you have a quiet moment." Email, text, Slack โ whatever channel fits.
๐ก Good to know: The card link never expires, so the recipient can come back and re-read their messages anytime โ even years later.
๐๏ธ How do I delete my account?
Sign in and open your Dashboard
The Dashboard link appears in the navigation once you're signed in.
Scroll to the bottom of the page
The "Delete account" link is at the very bottom, below your cards.
Click "Delete account" and confirm
You'll be asked to confirm before anything happens. Once you confirm, your account is deleted immediately and you'll be signed out.
โ ๏ธ Before you delete
Deleting your account permanently deletes every card you created โ including all the messages, photos, and GIFs other people posted to them. This cannot be undone, and the card links will stop working for everyone. If there's a card you or a recipient want to keep, save or screenshot it first.
๐ก Good to know: Just want to remove one message you posted on someone else's card? You don't need to delete anything โ edit your post within 7 days from the same browser, or contact us and we'll help.
